Meet Pastry Chef Elisheva Katz
Elisheva was born and grew up in Chicago, and learned to bake at home. She went on to get a degree in Culinary Arts from Stratford University, and additional training and experience at Kosher Pastry Oven in Silver Spring, MD and Pariser’s Bakery in Baltimore, MD.
Elisheva lives with her husband and three children in White Oak.
